How It Works

Initial 15-Minute Consultation Call

This is a complimentary, no-obligations consultation to briefly discuss your assessment goals and ask any questions you may have about the assessment process.

Initial Client Paperwork + Intake Appointment

As we move towards the evaluation process, the first steps is to complete all required legal documentation, as well as an intake and background form. After this paperwork is complete, you can schedule the initial telehealth intake appointment for a date/time that works best for you.

Schedule Testing Session(s)

The intake appointment will inform how many testing appointments will be required to work towards your assessment goals and provide the most robust information. These testing sessions will be scheduled and completed in the weeks following the intake appointment.

Additional Assessment Measures + Collateral Conversations

In most situations, there will be other electronic measures that you will be asked to complete to supplement our testing session(s).

On occasion, you may be asked to identify collateral source(s) in your life who may be able to provide insight on various behavioral, social, and emotional patterns. If this would be helpful to the evaluation process, you will be requested to complete a release of information (ROI) to grant such collaboration.

Schedule Feedback Appointment

Towards the conclusion of the evaluation process, you will schedule a 50-minute feedback session to discuss results and diagnostic impressions. This is typically completed within two (2) weeks of all data components being furnished (i.e., assessment measures, release of information, etc.).

Receive Finalized Report

A brief report will be made available to you within one (1) week of the feedback session, specifically documenting background and observations, assessment measures and results, as well as diagnostic impressions and next steps.

Please note that individual insurance plans may vary, occasionally requiring pre-authorization for services or limiting the types of assessment measures utilized. As such, it is recommended that you confirm your coverage with your insurance company directly.

Out-of-Network Coverage

Private pay for each evaluation costs $1701, covering all steps identified above from the consultation call through report dissemination. In efforts to support our clients, this payment can be paid in two installments, the first 50% due before the intake appointment and the remainder 50% due before the feedback session.

Please refer to your insurance company to ask about your out-of-network coverage. If needed, we can provide you with a "superbill" to forward to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
